Hello! My name is Riana. I make processes and systems palatable for people who know they need them, but would rather get on with other things. I do that for small and medium businesses.
The story of what I do now begins a long time ago, in a land far, far away. There I started my working life as a Radiographer. Taking X-rays of bodies.
When change beckoned, I studied computer programming and became an Information Technology Specialist – designing, building, supporting and project managing complex banking systems.
This is where I learned to work with people as opposed to bodies.
In 1999, I moved from South Africa to the UK. It was tough. To help myself, I became involved in personal development and trained as a Personal and Executive Coach. Other professional development included certifications in facilitating difficult conversations, project management and other disciplines.
Nowadays I brings my people skills and deep systems knowledge to my business coaching and consulting. I make processes and systems palatable for people who know they need them, but would rather get on with other things. My clients love the way I keep things simple, clear and practical.
