I am SO proud of a client of mine.
We’ve been working together for about 15 months. She runs an equestrian centre. 40 horses, and a complement of full-time, part-time and volunteer workers. 24 x 7 x 365.
She asked for someone to ‘calm the chaos‘.

Calm the chaos
We put management practices in place, got clarity on her vision and strategy, and she started implementing those plans.
With prompting from me, she got two other people on board to help her roll out the new procedures and bring an HR focus.
Results
In the past 10 months, she and her team completed 15 out of 26 projects, a change of plan on 1, another 6 in various stages of completion, and 4 still to be done.
Their business health rating went from 46% to 64%.
It has been a tough year for KEC, with a situation in the summer that severely tested the resilience of the team. They came through with flying colours.
In our most recent session, Fiona reflected on

- it helps them to stay focused and resilient during difficult periods.

5-Star Rating and Soaring Confidence
Despite the changes and challenges this year, they were awarded a 5-star rating by their local district council, the highest you can get. This is an achievement and a business highlight she is rightly very proud of.
As for a personal highlight, Fiona says: ‘Confidence. I am so much more confident in running the business and knowing I can get things done. My confidence has soared!‘
